Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
In short: Grandpa's Atlas does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. There is no account, no advertising, no in-app purchase, no analytics and no internet connection. Your game progress is kept only on your own device.
Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how GrandpasAtlas ("We", "Us" or "Our") handles information when You use Grandpa's Atlas (the "Application" or "Service"). It also explains Your privacy rights and how applicable law may protect You.
The Application is a single-player puzzle game that runs entirely on Your device. We designed it so that We do not need to collect any information about You to provide it.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Application, to this website and to support communications You choose to send Us.

Data We Collect
Personal Data. The Application does not ask for, collect or store any Personal Data. It has no registration, no account, no sign-in and no profile. It does not ask for Your name, email address, contacts, location, photos or any other personal information.
Usage Data. The Application does not include analytics, advertising or tracking software of any kind. It does not use cookies, device identifiers or advertising identifiers, and it does not connect to the internet.
Progress Data. The Application keeps a small save file on Your Device so that Your progress is there when You return. It contains only the state of the game: finished digs, collected artifacts and star gems, and Your music, sound and haptics settings. It never leaves Your Device and We cannot read it.
Information You send Us. If You choose to contact Us by email, We will receive Your email address and whatever You write. We use it only to reply to You.
Platform information. Apple may provide Us with aggregated, anonymous statistics about downloads, and may share crash reports if You have opted in to sharing diagnostics with developers in Your Device settings. Apple's handling of that information is governed by Apple's own privacy policy. We cannot identify You from it.
How Data Is Used
Because We do not collect Personal Data, We do not use it for any purpose. Progress Data is used only by the Application, on Your Device, to show You where You are in the game. Information You send Us by email is used only to answer Your message.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise share Personal Data with anyone, because We do not have any. The Application contains no third-party advertising networks, analytics providers or social features. We would disclose information only if required by law, and only information We actually hold, which is limited to emails You have sent Us.
Retention
Progress Data stays on Your Device for as long as the Application is installed. Deleting the Application from Your Device deletes the save file. The settings screen inside the game also offers a reset that clears all progress.
Emails You send Us are kept only as long as needed to answer You and to keep a record of support history, and are deleted on request.
International Transfers
Since the Application does not transmit any data, no information is transferred between countries by the Application. Emails You send Us are handled by Our email provider in the ordinary way.
Your Rights
You are always in full control of the only data the Application keeps: You can reset progress inside the game or delete the Application at any time. If You have written to Us and would like Your email deleted, write to Us at the address below and We will do so.
Children's Privacy
Grandpa's Atlas is suitable for all ages and is rated 4+. It contains no words, no advertising, no purchases, no chat and no links out of the game. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone, including children under 13 (or the age required by Your local law). If You believe a child has sent Us personal information by email, contact Us and We will delete it.
Security
The best protection for Your data is not to collect it, and that is how the Application is built. The save file on Your Device is protected by Your Device's own security, such as its passcode and encryption.
Regional Privacy Rights
European Economic Area and United Kingdom. The Application does not process Personal Data, so no legal basis for processing is required. Where You contact Us by email, We rely on Our legitimate interest in answering You. You have the right to access, correct or erase that email, and to complain to Your local supervisory authority.
California and other U.S. states. We do not sell or share Personal Data as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA or similar state laws, and We do not collect the categories of personal information those laws list.
Other regions. Wherever You are, the same applies: the Application collects nothing, and anything You send Us by email is used only to reply to You.
Changes to This Policy
If a future update of the Application ever changes what it does with data, We will update this page and the "Last updated" date before the change takes effect, and describe the change here.
